Lucy is deeply involved in supporting founders and serves as an investor across various platforms. She holds the position of Secretary General at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) Global Women Leaders Committee and is a General Partner at the WBAF Angel Investment Fund. Her investment portfolio includes roles with NextWave Impact Fund and The Founder Institute, and she is a Limited Partner in several global funds.

​In her capacity as Director of the Women’s Angel Investor Network (WAIN), Lucy has been pivotal since 2013 in securing over $1 million in early-stage equity funding for eight women-led companies in the MENA region. She has also been instrumental in screening women-led startups globally and conducting due diligence, leading to the recruitment of over 30 women angel investors from the Middle East. ​

As an author, Lucy has contributed to the discourse on digital technologies with her book, “Changing the Game: Discover how Esports and Gaming are Redefining Business, Careers, Education, and the Future.” This work underscores the significance of digital advancements, particularly in sectors like gaming, and their impact on the future of work
